Pos Malaysia..Improve your service

Being Malaysian, the least we hope for is getting the basics done. A simple job as getting mails to households managed to disappoint me as a Malaysian. What else would one even dare to think about our government ruling.

Just a casual questions nothing complicated, from fellow consumer's still getting no direction nor positive answers us a total dissapointment.

Let me take you into the 'teeny' hassle that I have to go through today in our little Post Office Gelugor, Penang branch.

Went in a press for service..clearly to see that there is no customer service counter for complaint and assistance at bay. Okay..never mind just press anyways because others are queuing as well.

Called '2026'..that's me! Went to counter 3, a sweet Malay lady came to entertain me. So I asked away, "Cik nak tanya, kalau nak buat complain pasal surat tak sampai rumah macam mana ya? The lady answered, "Yang itu kitaorang tak handle. Kalau nak complain cik kena pergi di tempat tu jugak. Tapi kalau cik nak bayar bil, kat sini boleh. Lain hal tu cik kena lapor kat tempat asal." Flabbergasted!

I continue to calmly asked the lady the same question in case she don't understand me. Unfortunately, it felt like I'm hearing a broken radio repeating itself. No one in the post office even bothered to provide assistance. Otherwise, pretend that they don't heear us talking.

It actually hit me in the head asking "Are they for real?" "I do really have to contact every single place that I deal with like banks, Astro, TMNet, Indah Water and among others?" Are these people insane?

If me out of 31,750,266 Malaysian population as of 19th October 2017, 9.17pm have this issues and it can't be resolved what the nation can do to help other important issues? Mind boggling, isn't it?

We live in a country whereby no racism, colors and ethnic are not being judged, why is it so hard to resolve a petty issue like this?
